Terms and Conditions

By making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions which are publicly available on our website or by request.

Bookings

All bookings are given a check-in time only. We will contact you the day before to advise your check-in time. This time may be based on weather forecast, bookings, availability or a combination of. This is not a skydive time. Failure to turn up at the assigned check-in time may result in delays to your skydive. You will need to check-in and complete paperwork and safety briefings prior to your skydive so it is important you arrive at or before your check-in. 

A non-fundable deposit is required in advance to reserve your place in the aircraft. Balance of payment due at check-in. Deposits are valid for 12 months.

You can change the date and/or time of your skydive up to 48 hours before the confirmed skydive date (subject to availability). Any amendment to the scheduled jump date within 48 hours of the jump date, will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $100 per person and subject to availability. A booking can be rescheduled any number of times, however the booking will only remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original jump date. After this date, all payments will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.

We reserve the right to refuse expired, invalid or unconfirmed offers or packages. To change your booking without incurring the $100 pp fee, we require 48 hours notice.

Payments are a per person payment and may not be used to pay the balance of another person’s skydive. Purchases made using AfterPay are non-refundable but are transferable. 

If you fail to check-in on the day of your booking, all payments are forfeited.

If you use the option to pay a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable under the same terms. Deposits are valid for 12-months from your original booking date. If you fail to check-in on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount and all payments are forfeited.

Safety Considerations

Safety is a large consideration when skydiving, factors such as wind, cloud, rain, and others such as air traffic can affect the time it takes to complete your skydive activity. Weather can change for better or worse in minutes. Whilst we aim to complete an individual’s jump within 2 hours of arrival, we advise you to arrive with no time constraints – you should plan for this to be a half-day’s activity.

Aircraft periodically require servicing and maintenance; we reserve the right to change aircraft type without notice. On occasion, these aircraft changes, weather, Air Traffic Control (ATC) and other operational considerations may require us to change our operational altitude without notice. 

Any unplanned aircraft availability or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control preventing jumps proceeding: 

– Bookings may be changed to any other date within 12 months of the original booking date; 

-Should weather prevent your skydive proceeding, all payments remain valid for a period of 12 months from original booking date and you are free to choose an alternative date subject to availability.

Jump altitudes can be affected by variable conditions outside our control such as weather, aircraft fuel and weight loading, all up passenger gross weights, air traffic control delays or air traffic and air traffic clearances . We will always endeavour to deliver the highest altitude we can. All our products are sold and booked as “up to” a jump altitude. We will deliver a skydive from the highest altitude available with all reasonable efforts. The skydiving service will be considered delivered and there are no refunds, for variations in jump altitude.

Medical conditions or any other considerations that may affect your skydive should be discussed with us prior to your booking. No alcohol/recreational drugs or medication that may affect or impair your judgment are to be taken.

We reserve the right to reschedule or alter a tandem skydive with no prior notification. These changes do not constitute a claim for a refund and include changes to type of aircraft used, check in time, jump time, number of participants in a plane or altitude reached. We pride ourselves on our excellent safety record and safety remains our highest priority.

Gift Vouchers

We need to book you in for your skydive so please call us or book online with your voucher number, otherwise you may be unable to use the voucher on the day you’d like to skydive.

If you lose or misplace an email or copy of a voucher you can still redeem the voucher by quoting your voucher number when booking. You must safeguard your voucher number; we will honour or redeem any voucher if a valid (unused) voucher number is quoted.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable. Vouchers will expire 36 months after purchase. Failure to check-in on your chosen date and time will render your voucher invalid.

Age and Weight Limit

The minimum skydiving age in Australia is 16 years old.  Persons under 18 must have a legal guardian present on the day of the jump.

Weight is an important factor in Aviation and Skydiving. It affects aircraft weight and balance , fuel allowances and ascend rates. Weight is also an important factor on a Tandem jump. It affects equipment maintenance and manufacturers limits and your Skydive Instructors’ workload.

Please note that maximum weight for a Tandem skydive is 115kg. Additional weight charges apply for weight over 95kg.

We reserve the right to refuse a skydive based on age, health, weight or any factor we deem to be an adverse risk.

Personal accident insurance is included. Please refer to the Australian Parachute Federation website for more information.

Photo and Video Packages

If all footage is unavailable due to camera failure or other unforeseen circumstances you will be offered a full refund of your video/photo product payment.

If there is a partial camera failure resulting in partial footage, the full charge will still apply as cameras are subject to harsh environmental conditions that are outside of our direct control and, although not common, camera failures can occur.

If you prefer your images and videos are not used in any promotional material, please let us know.

How we use your information

We collect your contact information so that we can contact you the day before your skydive and to send your photo and video packages. Your contact information is collected from the online booking system from when you click “continue”. We may contact you if your booking is incomplete. You will not automatically be added to any mailing list – because we know how annoying that can be:)
